Savage Fan Fallout
As a Vault Dweller you have spent the majority of your life in the Vault. You have very little understanding of how the world outside of the Vault works. Growing up in the Vault has given you some advantages though; most notably you grew up with an education.
- Primary School. Begin with the Jack of all Trades Edge.
- Secondary School. Begin with the Scholar Edge. Pick two Knowledge Skills for the +2 bonus at character creation. These can be unskilled.
- Greenhorn. Streetwise requires two points per step during character generation.
- Untested Knowledge. Survival requires two points per step during character generation.
