Glowing One is the Arcane Skill which is used by Glowing Ones. The Skill is based on the ability to use the radiation that has been absorbed by their body. A glowing one recharges their Power Points by absorbing radiation in their surroundings. In the Wastes, glowing ones will recharge their Power Points at a rate of 1 Power Point every two hours. In a radiation rich environment they will recharge their Power Points at a rate of 1 Power Point every half hour. In a radiation free environment glowing ones will not recharge their Power Points. There are two Powers associated with being a Glowing One.
- Radiation Release: 2d6 damage in a medium burst centered on the Glowing One. This Power will not injure other Ghouls it will heal them. A success on the Skill roll will heal one wound of every Ghoul within the medium burst. A raise will heal two wounds. Radiation Release will not remove another Ghoul from shaken.
- Light: Works just like the Light Power in the Savage Worlds Rulebook except that the light source is the body of the Glowing One.
